These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered by TradeStar Peaks, a DBA of Sovereign Scales Digital Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
The free preview
We build an initial website preview at no cost and with no obligation. You are free to decline moving forward at any point before you approve the preview and pay the setup fee, and you will not be charged.
Website setup fee
Once you approve your preview, a one-time setup fee applies. You don't pay the setup fee until the site is live and you've said it looks good; if you're not happy with it, you don't pay.
Monthly retainer
The monthly retainer covers hosting, upkeep, and the automations described on this site. The retainer is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time; there is no long-term contract. Canceling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior months.
No guaranteed results
We build websites and automations designed to help you capture and respond to leads more effectively. We do not guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, or jobs, as results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and responsiveness to leads we help you capture.
Ownership
Your domain and the contact data in your CRM belong to you. Upon cancellation, we will provide reasonable assistance transitioning your domain and exporting your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose, and to provide accurate information when submitting forms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sovereign Scales Digital Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
